Delete your account
You can delete your Tasarruf account and all data linked to it at any time. The quickest way is inside the app; if you cannot reach the app, use this page.
Delete in the app
- Open Tasarruf and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Delete your account right away, or note the deletion code shown there and use it on this page.
Before deleting, you can download your data as JSON for free under Settings → Export.
Request with a deletion code
Enter the deletion code shown in the app under Settings → Delete account.
Your request has been received. Your account and all your data will be fully deleted within 30 days.
What is deleted
- All your receipts, receipt images and PDFs.
- Lines extracted from receipts, your products, matches and corrections.
- Price history, spending summaries and the basket index.
- Your anonymous account, sessions and passkeys.
When
The key that opens your images is deleted immediately; from then on the images cannot be read. All other data is deleted within 30 days, and backups expire within 30 days at the latest. Anonymous aggregate usage counts are not deleted, because they cannot be linked to you.
